Who We Are.

We are mean machines
Captured consciousness
Chaotic, disrupted presences
Vying for belonging
Living on in hopelessness
In a familiar strangeness
Above all, Death is relentless
And dying is not lifelessness.

We are measured extremes,
trying so hard to balance
our lives in weightlessness,
scrounging by on emotions
breaking our meditation,
trusting in faithlessness.
Universe is indefiniteness
boundaries are absurdness.

We are poised river streams,
flowing in chosen directions,
Living and dying to meet
oceans and then fall as rain.
Meandering by, a tamelessness
an epitome of abstractness.
We live as she lives by
a journey of ambitiousness.

We are forgotten dreams
in an eye of imagitiveness
it is discovering nuances
with a look of ancientness.
It is only right to wake up
experience anonymousness
remembering the dreams
live moments of breathlessness.

On Society

The shackles of society

Bind me,weigh me down

To the depths of dark dungeons
Laughing at me like a clown
Rendering me incapable of love
Forcing me to retreat
From my chosen path
Tendering on me an unwanted wrath

I’m not a believer in its lies
Neither am I a pacifier to its cries
I am only a simple man
To repel this society, I’ve got no plan

Disappointed in its fake morals
I tried to set a few of my own
But there is always this voice
Keeps warning me about crossing the line

Which lines? What borders?
Which morals? Whose orders?
I am a sinner in society’s eyes
And would happily remain so.

Reminded each moment, I’ll never fit in
Ha! I never tried so, i’ll never give in.
I reject it, it rejects me.
My heart knows the man I want to be.

But still, when I try to be myself
A dark, deadly monster wakes up inside
It picks up its pointy tools from the shelf
Ideals, morals, vanity fight by its side

Which society prohibits love?
Or burns in disgust at happiness of others.
Who are these people?
Trying to control me, my life
Who are these ignorant fools?
Demanding me to dress, act, look
Or behave in a certain way.
Making me judge myself always.

I hope I never fit in to this

Board game of control and manipulation

Where pieces move other pieces
Thinking for others against their wishes

A forest has a better society
Or even a herd of wild animals.
Unlike ours where evils are legitimised
Innocent minds are hypnotised

I wish i was never a part of it.
I wish i was a plant or an animal
For now being a human
Feels like being in a box enclosed by barbed wires

Any direction i now choose
These wires puncture my soul
But the oozing crimson blood reminds me .
I’m made for love and I bleed love.

It will be my constant struggle
To never let go of myself
Because when I look at this society
I just witness sheeps and wolves

I desire to be neither
I fly with my own feather
I simply wish to be a lonely dove
And Keep spreading the message of love

                                            – sahar

Love up to you.

While I slip by

Your jousty curves

And your silver pearls

I will fall in

With your straight eyebrows.

I will give in

To your soft touch.

If you stop me

By your hurtful moan

I will be your wolf

You be my moon.

While I erase

Your older deeds

Give me new sins

To remember you by.

While I condense

This time to you

You give me my

Moments of eternity.

I never entail

What your feet cover

I only wander

In the sense of your hair

It’s shining

Her skin is fair.

If I stole

A look from you

Glance me all day

While I glance you.

Through your night shades

Give me your dusk

Since the morning of love

Till the night of lust.

If I divide

In the line of your curves

And seldom appear

In the curve when you smile

Consider this

It takes a while to live up to you.

A Man Without Perspective

I am just a man.
A man without perspective.
I accept or reject nothing
I just see the collective.
Everything is connected.
It’s all relative.

But why should I explain,
Myself to you?
I don’t subscribe
To beliefs or like stuff.
You’ll never know
What I go through.

I have no name, no caste
I’m a godless man
My canvas is vast, and
deep like the oceans.
The definitions, I despise
I am wise, other wise.

I don’t exist in one place,
Neither am I lost on one desire.
Not taking part in any race.
Nor is my thirst, quenching of a fire.
I live as a face of many face.
Feeding a curiosity that’ll never retire.

And I choose all of this
Because I clearly see
The flaws of our language
the way we communicate.
It’s a distortion of meanings
Murder of experiences

Interpretations
misinterpretations.
It is total annihilation
Of something which begins
As a pure thought.
But ends on naught.

It is a task in futility
To teach peace
In a world of violence
I can only spread it.
I choose to remain silent
Live on as the man
Without perspective.

Words

I live only to write. words are my little soldiers.here is one dedicated to them words.

“Words,
Somehow
Make me,
Break me.

It’s words
Only
Which I
Have,
to Give you.

Just words
To remind
To rewind
To the days
When you
and me,
Were us.

To take,
To break,
To make.
You are
The Nox,
A look of
Your grace;
Can bless
My days.

And meet
Me once
Again
by my
pillow.
You see
It’s hard to
Sleep alone.

I am far
In the sky.
Like the moon
And you are the
Endless night.
I will pass by
Every night
Through you.
Till you
Until you
eclipse Me.”

And my heartiest thanks to my readers. Without you I am nothing.

Charles Bukowski

I am glad I met him, as one poet who meets another.

For The Foxes

don’t feel sorry for me.
I am a competent,
satisfied human being.
be sorry for the others
who
fidget
complain
who
constantly
rearrange their
lives
like
furniture.
juggling mates
and
attitudes
their
confusion is
constant
and it will
touch
whoever they
deal with.
beware of them:

one of their
key words is
“love.”
and beware those who
only take
instructions from their
God

for they have
failed completely to live their own
lives.
don’t feel sorry for me
because I am alone
for even
at the most terrible
moments
humor
is my
companion.

I am a dog walking
backwards

I am a broken
banjo

I am a telephone wire
strung up in
Toledo, Ohio

I am a man
eating a meal
this night
in the month of
September.

put your sympathy
aside.

they say
water held up
Christ:
to come
through
you better be
nearly as
lucky.

Darkness

We are beyond saving,
Beyond hope, beyond magic.
We are beyond our craving,
Spinning a web of life so tragic.

As too much freedom hurts,
the value of beauty is lost.
To reclaim futuristic thrones,
We throng our souls in the past.

Fabricated feelings clog our thoughts,
Unwanted courtesies, formal formalities.
We lose ourselves to ciphering bots,
Identity lost in multiple identities.
We are doomed and devastated,
Uncertain amidst dead certainties.

Denying truth in favour of lies,
Decaying humour makes me weep.
It’s in us humans where the fault lies.
My words find me a little deep.

Enchanted flavours of colourful dreams,
Plastering sympathy on my wounds.
Smokey transitions in melting creams.
Finding myself out of bounds.

Medicating with a self brewed poison,
razored along with spineless victims.
Envying the soul, with caution
Advising my selfless instincts.

Being Undone.

Let us be undone,
In this moment
Forget what we have learnt
Grow back to the point
When we were nascent.
Skip backwards to the days
which are only reminiscent
In our hearts
Of the beautiful time
When none knew deceit,
none lied and vanity was off beat.
Let us unmake our hearts
And carve a beautiful sculpture.
from the stones they have become.
And remember when to forget
the lessons that made us
Less human and more machinist.

Let us be undone
In this moment
and become what we were
What we always longed for.
The child inside us calls loudly
let us close our ears and eyes
And hear and see naught
except what lies inside.
Swim back to the shores
from where we began
Invading our Mother Earth.
Go back to the beginning of it all
And start again.
and become humans after all.

Whispers of Immortality

I have been lost since long,
trying to find my voice.
Caught between right and wrong.
Wondering if I had a choice !

Weaving dreams in darkness;
Alone, I was too silent.
None to fight in my loneliness,
it made me sharply violent.

My voice lost,
returned briefly in my words.
At a great cost,
I learned to fly like the birds.

Accustomed to suffering,
my adventures led me too far.
I didn’t know what I was becoming,
slowly, deep within I waged a war.

Been trying to find my voice,
drowned beneath the voices.
Been trying to make that choice,
found between the two choices.

I have bartered my emotions,
for experiences of suffering.
As a dried branch finally snaps
in a torrent of wuthering.

Chasing dreams in darkness,
I knew I had to stumble.
It was when I fell I found,
all my lost voices in a jumble.

Stumbling, falling, failing then rising,
perhaps I will return to normality.
It is the reason why I chose,
to converse in “whispers of immortality.”

Wait

Waiting
Seems forever,
When you are waiting.
Every moment frozen,
Not moving.
Every moment feels like,
an uneventful millennia,
when you are waiting.
Patience wears out slowly
thinning every moment,
into an impassable passage
of space and time.

Waiting.
Seems so futile,
when it is finally over.
Shifting of perception.
The long endless wait
which stretched into millennias,
seems like a blink of an eye.
When you aren’t waiting anymore.

Waiting,
It’s pseudo and an illusion.
Just to confuse you,
hidden behind the veil of
an expected event or a person.

Waiting,
makes us wait,
for the inevitable.
So strange that,
while waiting,
we never realise that,
It is just a myth,
a false sense of time.
and that the inevitable
always arrives.
